How payment works

The desk is paid 3 months in advance, and the registered address, company sign and mailbox for a year.

So the first invoice is €600 + VAT: €240 for the desk (3 × €80) and €360 for the address, sign and mailbox (12 × €30).

After that you pay only €80 + VAT a month for the desk, and once a year €360 + VAT again for the registered address, company sign and mailbox.

From enquiry to registration

  1. Send an enquiry or give us a call.
  2. Send us the tenant’s full details: name, personal identification number (OIB) and address.
  3. We send you the contract and general terms.
  4. You pay the first instalment (€600 + VAT).
  5. We certify the contract with our stamp and signature.

How an obrt is registered

An obrt is entered in the Croatian Register of Crafts (Obrtni registar). In Osijek-Baranja County applications go to the County Department of Economy in Osijek and its local offices, or online through the e-Obrt service in e-Građani or the START system.

The application must include proof of the right to use the premises, such as a lease. That is the contract you get from us. No administrative fee is charged for entry in the register.

Regulated crafts also need proof of qualifications, and retail, catering and transport need minimum technical conditions for the premises. Tell us what you do and we will check whether this package suits you. This is general information; please confirm the exact requirements with the authority or your accountant. Why a seat in Bilje

The Municipality of Bilje is in development group IV and has assisted-area status. Companies operating here may be eligible for tax relief in the form of de minimis aid and get priority in some national and EU funding calls.

Osijek, with its market and talent, is just an 8-minute drive away.

When you need to meet a client, the Orao and Čaplja meeting rooms are right here.

Specific relief and grants depend on current regulations and calls. Please check them with your accountant or the relevant authority.
