Meeting rooms by the hour
You can rent the rooms even without an office here. Companies with no office, desk or registered address with us pay a one-off upkeep fee on top of the room price: €20 for the small and €30 for the large room per day of use.
Long-term discount
- Contract of 36 months or more: 5% off
- Contract of 60 months or more: 10% off
- The discount is settled at the end of the period.
Frequently asked questions
What is included in the office rent?
Electricity, water, waste collection, heating and air conditioning. You also use the kitchen, dining room and washrooms, plus weekly hours in the meeting rooms depending on your package. Office tenants also get a registered company address and a sign at the entrance at no extra cost.
Can I rent a meeting room without renting an office?
Yes. The large Orao room is €30 per hour and the small Čaplja room €10 per hour. Companies with no office, desk or address with us also pay a one-off upkeep fee: €20 for the small and €30 for the large room per day of use.
Is there a discount for long-term rental?
A contract of 36 months or more gets 5% off, and 60 months or more gets 10% off. The discount is settled at the end of the period.
How does a dedicated desk work?
You get your own desk with a drawer unit in a shared office, reserved only for you, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Internet, the kitchen and 1 hour a week in the small meeting room are included.
Can I register my company at your address?
Yes, for €10 a month. You can add a company sign at the entrance and a mailbox (€10 a month each) and mail scanning and forwarding (€1 per document).
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices in the list exclude VAT, which is added to the invoice.
