No cookies, no tracking

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images load from our own server, not from third-party services.

Contact form and website assistant

When you send an enquiry we process the details you enter: name, email, phone, company name and message. We use them only to reply and, if we reach an agreement, to prepare an offer or contract. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken before entering into a contract.

Questions you type into the website assistant are handled in your browser and are not sent to us. They reach us only if you choose to send a message from the assistant.

We keep enquiries for up to two years unless we sign a contract, in which case we keep the data for as long as the law requires.

Server logs

For security, our hosting provider automatically records technical details of visits (IP address, time, page requested, browser). These logs are not used to track visitors.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw your consent. Write to info@greenoffice.com.hr. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
